Thanksgiving Week

Thanksgiving was just a week and a half after Bull's funeral and it was our turn with the Howe side of the family for the holiday.
Despite spending some difficult days together, it was so nice to have time to just be together. We started the week-long celebrations on Tuesday night at our house with a cousin get together. It was kind of an all day event with people arriving at all times starting around 2 pm and staying until bedtime for the kids. We just visited, ate pizza and enjoyed watching our kids play together.
They love their lives being together.
There are 15 great-grandkids ages 6 and under and it is like they spend every day together even though months could have gone by. It was just so fun and I am seriously lacking in the picture department from this night.
Here is a not good one of Lola Cooper loving on Dylan

We loved having Sandy there to spend thanksgiving with us this year! I mean, aren't her and Matt the cutest together!

We tried hard to get some good pics of the babies.

And we always give it our best try to take pictures of Inie and Bull with all their great-grandchildren. And even though it was sad to not have Bull there to sit with Inie, we did not have one second to get emotional about it because the chaos of 15 great-grandkids in one picture just took over.
